Providers are credentialed and identity-verified before gaining access to e-prescribing functionality. Prescribing permissions are scoped by license, state, and service type, ensuring medications can only be ordered by authorized clinicians within approved clinical boundaries.

Structured clinical documentation and data ownership

Clinical documentation is structured, time-stamped, and preserved for continuity of care, quality assurance, and legal defensibility. Your patient records and clinical data belong to you. Noble TeleHealth accesses data only to operate and secure the platform under the Business Associate Agreement.
